To apply a discount to your order, simply proceed with your shopping and add products to your cart. When you reach the shopping cart, you'll find a designated area to enter any applicable coupon code before proceeding with payment. Ensure that you input the code during this stage to enjoy your discount.

For our Canadian customers, orders above $75 CAD qualify for free shipping, while in the United States, orders above $60 receive the same benefit. Shipping fees for orders below these thresholds are automatically calculated based on the weight of the items.

If you placed your order, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change the address on the order. If you request arrived before the cutoff, we will change the address as requested. In some occaisons this may not be possible if we received the request after we have fulfilled and shipped the order.

Should you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, kindly inform us promptly. If your request reaches us before the cutoff time, we'll make the necessary changes. However, in some instances, adjustments may not be feasible if the request is received after fulfillment and shipment.

We proudly ship our premium products to both Canada and the United States, covering mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days, excluding any orders with customized products. While most orders reach their destination within 5-7 business days, please note that estimates may extend during peak holiday seasons.

Kindly review your order meticulously. Prior to shipment, each of our products undergoes a comprehensive inspection to guarantee the delivery of the highest quality. If, unfortunately, any damage occurs during the shipping process, we urge you to reach out to our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Providing photographic evidence of damages will be necessary.
